Planned by the Fruita Area Chamber
of Commerce as its major fundraiser, the festival is a free community
event with nearly 170 vendors selling their arts, crafts and foods
to a crowd of 40,000-plus over the 3-day event. The weekend is
filled with events including a youth
pet and talent show, a parade,
the famous bed
race, a baking
and canning contest and Art
in the Park.
The 95th Alpine Bank Fruita Fall
Festival presented by American Family Insurance is once again
pleased to present a free weekend of live music on two stages.
The RE/MAX
4000 Circle Park Stage will feature regional and national
bluegrass bands and the Chesnick
Realty Pavilion Stage will feature an original cowboy gathering.

The festival is the winner
of the prestigious Best of the West award from the Daily Sentinel
in 2001, 2002, 2006 and 2008.
Shuttle
service will be provided by Williams Production from the Dinosaur
Museum, 550 Jurassic Court by Exit 19 and Hwy 340, to the festival
venue.
